5th Annual Employment Law Summit
Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian together with Prince William SHRM hosted their 5th Annual Employment Law Summit on October 14, 2016, and with nearly 200 attendees, it was a wonderful success!
Two of our VF&N attorneys, Kristina Spitler and Brendan Cassidy, presented at the event, as well as EEOC Commissioner Victoria A. Lipnic, Michael Douglas Scott and Pete Hughes from First Coast Security, and Frasier Ives from Wells Fargo.
Attendees ranged from human resource professionals, business owners, executives, managers and administrative personal, and the presentations were strategically developed to provide them with the most relevant and critical information in employment law and HR relations, in an engaging and useful format. Presentations included Hot Employment Law Topics of 2016, Workplace Violence and Active Shooter Overview, The Benefits Compliance Merry-Go-Round, Study of Harassment in the Workplace, Politics in the Workplace, and Wage and Hour Hollywood Squares.
Our firm is proud to have jointly hosted this event for it’s fifth year, and look forward to another amazing Employment Law Summit in 2017!
