On June 28, 2017, Manassas Litigation Attorney Brett A. Callahan, an attorney at Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, P.C. became the sitting president of the Prince William Chapter of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association.

Brett has been deeply involved and passionate about the Virginia Women Attorneys Association (VWAA) for the past several years. During her time as a member and as President-Elect, Brett has helped to orchestrate numerous important community events, including the award winning event “The Loving Story Documentary Screening”, which was hosted in part by the Prince William Chapter of the VWAA in 2016. We are certain that Brett will continue to bring a level of excellence and dedication to her new role as President of the Prince William VWAA, and she hopes to continue their good work within the community of female attorneys.

The Virginia Women Attorneys Association (VWAA) has a mission to assist women attorneys in developing their practice areas and achieving their full potential. This is done by implementing networking events where other attorneys can build each other up and form meaningful and valued connections. The Prince William Chapter, of which Brett is the new president, offers Continuing Legal Education, and membership is open to all lawyers, but first year lawyers and judges are free.
