Full-Time | In-Person | Old Town Manassas, Virginia
Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Ready for a Leadership Role Where You Can Make a Visible Impact?
Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, P.C. (VF&N) is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Operations to lead the business side of our established Northern Virginia law firm.
This is more than a role focused on keeping day-to-day operations moving. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities to strengthen an organization—someone who can improve systems, develop people, introduce better processes and technology, and work alongside firm leadership to help shape what comes next.
As Director of Operations, you will work closely with the Firm President, Board of Directors, attorneys, and staff and serve as a trusted leadership partner across the organization.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, solving problems, developing teams, and turning good ideas into better ways of working, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
Why Join VF&N?
For more than 35 years, VF&N has served businesses, local governments, families, and individuals throughout Virginia while building a highly respected regional reputation.
Our attorneys provide counsel across a broad range of practice areas, including business and corporate law, employment law, litigation, land use and zoning, municipal law, criminal and appellate matters, real estate, estate planning, and domestic relations.
But the work is only part of who we are.
Virginia Business Magazine has recognized VF&N as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia, reflecting our collaborative culture, commitment to professional growth, and belief that people do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and connected to the team.
Our location adds something special, too.
Our office is located in the heart of Old Town Manassas, offering a walkable downtown setting surrounded by locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, community events, seasonal activities, and summer concerts. For a position that is intentionally in-person, we believe where you work matters.
VF&N is also a founder and active contributor to Nexus234, Northern Virginia’s first official Innovation District, positioning our firm alongside the continued growth, entrepreneurship, technology, and economic development taking place throughout Prince William County and Northern Virginia.
