Dear Neighbor,

On behalf of the property owner at 8319 Bethlehem Road, Manassas, Virginia 20109, we would like to invite you to a virtual Zoom meeting to discuss the proposed rezoning application (#REZ2023-00012) for the property.

The applicant is the owner of Armor Fence, a well-respected, locally based company. They are requesting to rezone the property from A-1 (Agricultural) to M-1 (Heavy Industrial) to be consistent with the surrounding zoning districts and the Prince William County Comprehensive Plan, and to support the existing equipment storage yard.
