Monica Munin is an associate at Vanderpool, Frostick, & Nishanian where she focuses on employment law, litigation, administrative law, and the resulting appeals in federal district court
Ms. Munin has worked with businesses of varying sizes to ensure compliance under a myriad of federal, state, and local laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and local procurement rules, among others. Aside from her work as a litigator, Ms. Munin has advised clients on specific matters that include job structuring, hiring, employee termination, regulatory compliance, discipline, paid time off, complaints of discrimination, and other employment law matters as well as performed workplace investigations. Ms. Munin served as an intern for the Honorable William Jarvis in Prince William General District Court prior to obtaining her law license in the District of Columbia.
