David Wilks is a shareholder at Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, having practiced law in Northern Virginia and Prince William County for more than twenty-five years as a tax lawyer by training and education.

David has been recognized by his peers in the legal community both locally and statewide for his legal ability and high ethical standards in the legal areas in which he concentrates his practice. David has been named as one of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” by the Virginia Business Magazine in the areas of Taxes, Estates, Trusts and Elder Law every year since 2014.
