Gail R. Prentiss practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, business law, commercial law, real property, construction law and personal injury/wrongful death matters. Ms. Prentiss graduated from the National Law Center, George Washington University in 1983. She is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Ms. Prentiss is a past President of the Prince William County Bar Association, and has previously served as its President-elect and Secretary. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Prince William County Bar Foundation, is also a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, D.C. Bar Association, and has been a speaker for the American Bar Association on commercial property litigation matters.
