Carrie S. Frank

Carrie S. Frank practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, employment law, and creditor rights/debt collection. Ms. Frank received her B.A. in Music, with a second major in Communications, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. Ms. Frank received her law degree from George Mason University of Law, where she graduated Magna cum laude in 2005. During law school, Ms. Frank served as a published member and Notes Editor for the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal. Ms. Frank also worked as an intern for the Plan Benefits Security Division of the U.S. Department of Labor assisting with federal trial and appellate litigation and at U.S. Airways where she performed legal research on a variety of matters and assisted in the defense of EEOC complaints. Ms. Frank is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, Prince William County Bar Association, Soroptimist International, and serves on the Board for Matthew?s Center for Visual Learning, where she is the current chairman of the Policy and Human Resources Committee.
