Paul J. Gauthier practices primarily in the areas of land use and development. Mr. Gauthier graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and subsequently worked in the field of land development, most recently for 17 years as the Chief of Engineering and Plan Review for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia. Mr. Gauthier is a licensed Professional Engineer and a licensed Land Surveyor in Virginia. He earned his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law in 2003 and is admitted to the Virginia State Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Prince William County Bar Association, National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Virginia Association of Surveyors.
