Paul Costanzo joins
the firm's zoning and land use group as Senior Planner. Mr. Costanzo
brings 35 years of planning and managerial experience to the firm. He
graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1970 with a Bachelors of
Urban Geography and Cartography and attended Pratt Institute for his
Masters of Urban Planning. His experience includes serving as Chief
of the Division of Land Permitting Services of Prince William County,
Virginia, Assistant Director of Planning for Henrico County, Virginia,
Chief Planner for the City of Sarasota, Florida, Director of Community
Development for the City of Griffin, Georgia, Director of Community
Development for Orange County, New York and most recently as the Assistant
Director of Community Planning for the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Costanzo is a member of the American Planning Association, the Urban
Land Institute and the Congress on New Urbanism.
