Patrick F. O'Leary practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, international trade, customs, antidumping, and federal regulatory law, and appellate litigation. Mr. O'Leary graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1966 and served from 1966-1972 in the U.S. Air Force at various bases in the U.S. and overseas. He subsequently graduated from Georgetown University Law School in 1975. Thereafter, he practiced, as an associate and partner, with two law firms in Washington D.C. He joined Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, P.C. in 2001. Since 1994, he has been a member of the Prince William County Industrial Development Authority, where he currently serves as Vice Chairman. He is Vice Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council's International Committee. He has also served, from 1980-1982, as a member and Chairman of the Occoquan-Woodbridge/Dumfries-Triangle Sanitary District Citizens Advisory Committee and in various positions, including chairman from 1976-1978, with the Prince William County Republican Committee.
