V. Rick Nishanian practices primarily in the areas of lender representation in real estate transactions, corporate and business law and represents developers in real estate finance, sales, development and leasing matters. Mr. Nishanian graduated from the George Mason University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. Eastern District, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Nishanian is also a member of the Fairfax and Prince William County Bar Associations, Commercial Law League of America, and is a past President of the Bull Run Hunt.
