Such a prior existing representation would be a conflict of interest and may preclude our representation of a potential client.

    Should you wish for us to initiate this procedure, please forward to us the names of persons who may be involved in your matter, whether they are on your side or adverse to you. Please do so in a manner that does not reveal how or why someone may be involved, but simply indicates whether the person is adverse to your position or not.

    Please also provide us with your contact information. If our check reveals that a potential conflict exists, we will contact you to inform you that we cannot represent you. If the check does not reveal a conflict, we will contact you to obtain a brief outline of the problem to determine whether and how we can help you and what the terms of the representation will be.
