Amber K. Scharn practices primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, corporate and business law. Ms. Scharn graduated from Texas State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Public Administration degree. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2006 where she served as a Certified Mediator at the Frank Evans Center for Dispute Resolution and as a Charter Member of the Student Chapter of the Alumni Association. Ms. Scharn is admitted to practice in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Prince William County Bar Association, the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, and the Bull Run Rotary Club.. She is an active member of the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, serving on two committees, and also serves on the PWCBA Beat the Odds Mentoring Committee.
